what tips and pointers could you tell a beginner knitter to keep on knitting? thru all the frustrations .)and how long have you been knitting?
1st. Dont be afraid to make mistakes
2nd. I have been knitting for 40 years. My grandma taught me when I was 5.
3rd. I get a lot of patterns on line. Lionbrandyarn.com is a good site. You can find instructions, patterns, tips, techniques, etc there.
4th. You can get knitting supplies at yarn stores, craft stores, some department stores. You can also get them on line. I love Michaels and AC Moore for my supplies.
Make sure you don’t strart with a complicated pattern. Just try learning cast on, cast off and knit stitch at first. you can move on from there.
