Do you like to receive handmade knitted mittens?
I really wonder if it’s worth making them for family – most people have bought their “perfect” hat/scarf/mittens that match their coats and all. I know kids can always use them, but I just went to the $ store and saw they were fully stocked! The yarn I use is almost all acrylic.
Maybe I should go with slippers…?
Understanding some people’s passion for fiber, Wool makes me crazy itchy so acrylic will have to do. 
If I could afford cotton chenille for everyone I’d be all over that!
I’d like any handmade knitted items, not only for it’s use, but because it’s handmade just for me! I’m trying to handcraft as many gifts as possible this year. It means so much more than some sweatshop trinket.
