question about knitting?
I have recently started knitting dishcloths with pictures in them. I follow the pattern but I don’t find the pictures in them are very visible once I am done. I am knitting with yarn that changes colors. Would it make a difference if I tried it with yarn that is one solid color? Thanks in advance!
When you knit dishcloths, it should be with cotton. If it is variegated, the cotton forms a pattern so…. yes you should use a yarn that is one colour if you want the pattern to be visible.
Cotton shrinks when washed so I usually make my cloths larger to compensate.
