Young Mothers, If your Aunt or Grandma hand knit your baby a sweater bonnet & bootie set, would it be welcome?
I Knit baby hats/bonnets for hospitals and relatives, Do young mothers want rib knit skull caps and extremely plain sweaters and booties, or would they dress their child in something more lacey. The patterns I have are from the 70s & 80s Some of the patterns look like the outfit my mother made for me in the 50s, but they are attractive and well made. I’d like some contemporary input please.
