Does anybody know, or know a website, that will teach me how to fair isle knit clearly?

Part of your problem will be that traditionally, Fair Isle patterns are knit in the round, and many technique-oriented instructions are going to reflect that; sorry.
When I knit 2-3 colors stranding, I hold one set continental, one English (I usually knit continental, holding my yarn in the left hand), and just work alternating hands. Since my left hand is my usual yarn holding hand, I use that hand to hold which ever color is being used the most (or is being purled if there is also stitch work being done) since that will be faster for me.
